Success and integrity go hand in hand; to achieve success, it is necessary to act with integrity.

It is very important to show yourself as you are, to express what you want without disguising your true feelings. We cannot rehearse a conversation and repeat it like a tape recorder; it is better to let what we want to say flow naturally.

Many times in life we have to start over, rebuild, be clear that what we long for is in our hearts, and then my purpose is not to let go, not to fear certain contradictions, because that is what will make me strong.

The decision and attitude to persevere, to remain steadfast and constant in the face of difficulties that may arise, lies within me. No one should clip my wings, for we were born to fly high, with faith in our creator.

We have the option of living our lives and not leaving this pleasure to someone else for us. When I take responsibility for my life, I have the ability to answer for all of it.

When I am not distracted and enjoy all the blessings that the universe has for me, even those that at first seem fatal, time shows me that it was the best thing to become free and fulfilled.

I have learned that I should not live on past glories, even if they are good, because I believe that God has something better in store for us today, better than what I experienced yesterday.

I believe that we are the owners of our purposes, goals, projects and dreams. No one can destroy them, but no one can make them come true either, except ourselves.

I think there are things that can change, but if they don't, maybe it's better to stop them once and for all. The most important thing would be to focus on my self-esteem in order to continue growing as a person.

For me, the secret is not to have a lot of designer clothes, but rather essential pieces and versatile colours that multiply the possibilities of combining what I have.

I believe that as a person I have the power and the right to define myself, without allowing the expectations or judgments of others to shape my essence.

I take the time to remember that, with my flaws and qualities, I am who I am. This year, I have wanted to focus on what makes me happy and healthy, to bring fulfilment and joy to my life.

One of the most recent activities that I enjoy doing every day is being part of those groups of people who interact and communicate through Discord. The power of a simple ‘good morning’ greeting may seem insignificant, but it can brighten someone's day and make them feel special.

Not being afraid of change, not settling for imposed routines, and giving myself the opportunity to prove to myself that I can perform any activity with the intensity that life deserves.

So I must let go of the pain, the despair, the tiredness, and all that keeps me from moving forward, so I can tell myself with faith in our creator that tomorrow will be another day.

Time is a great ally in achieving a sense of letting go of the burden of guilt and forgiving myself is truly healing.

I think that sometimes it is even sad to look at what we keep inside us as feelings of anger, desire for revenge, resentment, bitterness, when we know that it is our heart that is more valuable than a box of memories.

I believe that good and bad experiences are teaching stumbles and learning and changes occur throughout our lives.

Because I deserve the best, and the best is to accept and celebrate my ability to feel, it is a way to be totally free.

As a personal motivation exercise, if before I get angry and get carried away in talking about others, about what I dislike in them, I should first look at what it is that bothers me so much about that person, because maybe that is in me.
